How To Avoid Giving Up When The Going Gets Tough

It's been an interesting time here at VP HQ. There's been the joy of moving to Brighton (pictured above), one of my fave places in the world.

I then slipped a disk in my back which has left me in extreme amounts of pain and virtually unable to walk for over a month.

The icing on the cake came last weekend when my son Eaton had a accident which resulted in him needing surgery.
