How to Get Off The Treadmill of Business Stress

In business it can be easy to get hooked up with the idea of perfection, running at a hundred miles an hour, keeping up with the latest must-have marketing strategies, and the minutia of business success.

Although it's important to have good strategy and the correct business structures in place, most important of all is our ability to remember WHY it was that we went into business in the first place.

It's so easy to drive ourselves INSANE by obsessing over the finer points. However, I invite you to take some time today to remind yourself of the reasons WHY you went into business in the first place.

As women entrepreneurs we are very fortunate. Our business can be a true and exciting expression of ALL that we are. We can design it....

To have fun.
To feel liberated and free.
To make a difference in people’s lives.

Remember that when it comes to running a successful business...

It's about creating from a place of PASSION!

If you’re getting stressed about all that needs to be done, simply turn your attention back to your big WHY. What are you most passionate about? What would light you up? What would be FUN?

Make the day-to-day running of your business something that you GET to do, not HAVE to do and you'll see things shift quite magically.

And the great side effect of this is...

People LOVE to work with those that are truly passionate about what they do. You'll be totally magnetic. Before you know it that uphill struggle will become a downward glide...and with it new business will flow to you with ease! (Cha-ching!)

So tell me....What do you do when you get into 'stressed-out-central?' What has worked for you when you've lost that lovin' feeling for your biz? I'd love to hear what has worked for you. Share your comments below.
